I give, devise, and bequeath ______% of my estate (or $ __________) to The Hotchkiss School to be used for the following purpose_________________ (e.g., general support, scholarships, faculty support). If, in the opinion of the School, all or part of the funds cannot be applied in conformance with the purposes stated, The Hotchkiss School may use the funds for such other purposes as the School deems practicable to effect the intent of the donor. All decisions of Hotchkiss in the exercise of its discretion in this regard shall be final and binding on all concerned parties.
